Amazing game for bird lovers, but man.... you have to do something with online. literally every 4 out 5 online games ends up with someone quitting. And that kinda hours of wasted time...highly dissapointing. So play with friends or family, gonna be cool

Building engines makes for different play every time. The most efficient engines don't always score the most points, so there are lots of ways to win.

Beautiful game. And having the mechanics automated makes it even better. Easy thumbs up.

I love this game- it's beautiful, peaceful, educational, cozy/comfy, all the right things if you just want to unplug for a while! I own the board game too, and actually downloaded this for the tutorial (you get 30% off coupon inside the game too), so I can learn to play the board game better, but now love both the physical and PC version!

Amazing board game and game loop aside. This game genuinely perfected minimizing the friction between the player and the game itself. Providing both real-time and asynchronous multiplayer, wingspan appeals to whatever playstyle you might prefer. Additionally, you're allowed to have more than one active game at a time with the option to save the details of each one right after. There are probably way more QoL features that I didn't mention or haven't came across yet, but the devs definitely have the players in mind and it shows.

There needs be to a significant change in the karma system before I come back to this game regularly. People will intentionally forfeit on the first round or the last round depending on how there hand and points are treating them. If you yourself accidentally time out and lose karma points, good luck getting them back because it's difficult to complete enough games. I was sitting on 5 eggs for almost a year but I had one busy week where I let a few games slip past the time, once just because I was genuinely debating strategy and then working my way through a full biome of Asian expansion cards' mini games, and dropped to 2 eggs. That was weeks ago and I'm stuck in this mire while trying to understand how anyone rage quits a peaceful game about birds.
