Interesting little game. Cute artwork and the soundtrack is surprisingly good. Not too deep but a reasonable price for the experience.

It's such a fun, charming, and humorous little game. Yes, you can finish it in one sitting, but different combinations lead to unique stories, and the artwork is fantastic. In short, a great mini-game for a quick, relaxing, and refreshing experience—like taking a couple of shots to unwind.

It's fun and short game just like a little snack before dinner. Also bought this gem just less than $1 on winter sale. Totally love the art style and creative ways to complete the story.

A nice, short, puzzle-adventure but mostly on the easy side. The fun (and probably the frustration) comes from the completionist run, where you have to play a few walkthroughs, trying different combinations of interactions to get the remaining achievements. It was charming, with an innovative game-play mechanism, but I didn't feel the urge to play it after the first playthrough (which took less than 1 hour, do not mind what steam shows as my record)

It has a great atmosphere, but it is very very short. It ends just after it started...

Consider this game a side dish—probably meant to be a mobile game—but I’m still being generous with this review. Pilgrims is a charming, short, but funny puzzle game. The gameplay consists of choosing cards (cards being characters and collectible items) and progressing through the story. Solving puzzles almost always leads to the same results, but using different choices creates unique approaches, leading to some funny interactions. Most funniest thing in the game in my opinion is how character talks. Nothing special but really funny. My biggest issue with this game is that, as a completionist, some achievements are a bit hard to find. But at least the game provides hints through the achievement card section, which is I'll give a point. Overall, it's a simple, charming, and funny game. The price during sales is really cheap, but I think this game is best played on a portable device.

A super cutesy game, very suitable for kids. The art is funny and simple, I like that face that the characters are not talking, but actually make noises. This game is for you if you like super short games, It can be completed in 40 minutes or so, and you can get most of the achievements on the first go.

Atmospheric, hilarious and wonderfully cute game. Loved the characters, the art style and the soundtrack. Greatly enjoyed my time playing and replaying this little masterpiece!

The sheriff enters the bar, and there is a robber, a priest and the devil playing cards. "I only have three bullets," he thought and shot them at a poor man at the next table Amanita once again creates a very good game. First, we are introduced to the characters and see how they all lose to each other at cards. And then a long and interesting adventure begins. In the role of a simple countryman, we will have to solve all our financial problems, find a bunch of friends, help them and even conquer an entire kingdom. The drawing style is very beautiful and high-quality, and the interactions between characters and with objects are fun and well-developed. Also, a huge advantage of this game is its non-linearity. You can go through not one, not two, but as many as four paths, each leading to its own ending. And to get all 45 achievements, you will need to complete all the interactions) The game turned out to be very exciting. I liked the inventory in the form of cards, when there are not only items, but also our heroes. And the map for moving between locations is very convenient. If you are also a fan of this studio, I advise you to play this interesting game. This one just didn't work for me. It's incredibly short, for one, far more so than other titles from this developer. There's a bit of replay value in how puzzles have multiple valid solutions, but this doesn't change the underlying shortness of the experience. While the art style maintains the charm one might expect from Amanita, the actual subject matter on display lacks that bit of otherworldly spark. Finally, while the voice work is on point, the music is "meh"... I certainly expected more from this dev (I still have a number of songs stuck in my head from Machinarium). I got it very cheap on sale and for that price I probably shouldn't be complaining, but I'd be requesting a refund had I paid full price for this...
