How much do I have to pay for a DLC that organises the Load Edit Wrestler list into groups like in Fire Pro Returns, rather than the long unsorted phone book that it is now? Plus other quality of life fixes that should've been made in Early Access.
Greedy for more money, Spike is trying to run before it can walk, adding worthless visual novels and wrestlers nobody cares about over fixing the base game, which in many ways is not fit for purpose.
Wrestlers in this DLC don't even look good. Facial designs make them look like they're from a completely different game from everybody else, their heads are too small, etc. It will take a few hours of editing just to make them presentable.

Worth it.
We finally get new parts, new moves and Tiger Mask / Jusin :D.
Ignore the negative reviews they are online lovers and don't like single player games.
These parts are basically gonna be required for the steam workshop and each wrestler looks 100% the same to how they look in real life.
We even get new themes plus a whole new overhual and storymode simply amazing.

While I'm admittedly not a huge fan of the story modes, or modern NJPW, this pack adds lots of cool moves and edit parts that open up new possibilities for edit creation. It's also reasonable on the price scale...so it's pretty hard to not recommend this.

- 13 brand new NJPW Wrestlers to play as (including the first "official" Jushin Liger inclusion)
- Each Wrestler also comes with new EDIT pieces (head, costume and voice over work for each Wrestler)
- A new Junior Heavyweight story mode to play through in Fighting Road (with crossover battles from the Heavyweight division)
....and it's only $7 USD on sale!
I personally love the new Jushin Liger edit pieces (and plan to add them to many future creations).
Hopefully Spike will add more edit pieces in the future!

If you're going to buy just 1 DLC Buy this.
Its story line is so long, I'm on like chapter 100 and am only 25% done with the story.
While some of Spikes DLC's I do view as cashgrabs this one had alot of work put into it and is worth scooping.

TL;DR If you are a hardcore fan you probably have this dlc already and see the value in it. If you are not a hardcore fan, perhaps wait for a sale but understand that workshop edits from the best/most renowned/well known edit makers probably use dlc parts (for newer edits at least).
I'm a Fire Pro fan, I only briefly played Fire Pro Returns moons ago and excitedly got Fire Pro World in early access. Therefore, I will happily pay for dlc with a view of supporting Spike and the fire Pro series more than anything else. Is this dlc worth the cost? Overall, I don't think so. I think the price is too high for the content you get (admittedly I haven't played the Fighting Road yet; I'm speaking only about new wrestlers, new wrestler edit parts and new wrestler moves so in a sense this review is incomplete). However, I am admittedly partisan so I will use my cash money to support the game in any way that I can.
I'm leaning towards being a hardcore fan so I want the dlc for the new edit parts and new moves. For the more casual fan (or for hardcore fans who, understandably, can't justify the price for this dlc) the frustration is that if you download workshop edits that use dlc parts/moves, and you don't have the dlc yourself, the dlc parts/moves that you don't have access to are greyed out (I think) and in a sense the version of the edit you download may feel 'inferior' or 'incomplete'. Hunting for workshop edits that specify 'No dlc needed' is probably impossible so it makes the minefield of edit downloading even more problematic.
Again, I am bias so I will support Spike and Fire pro, but if you are not fussed, wait fora sale.

New parts and moves are great, but the entire package isn't worth the $15 price tag; it seems like Spike hasn't learned from the failure of the previous DLC releases.
Story mode is as bad as the NJPW DLC entry, and just like before the workshop is full of superior edits with respect to move-set/parameter/logic balance for both simming and playing; I simulate and play, so I have some idea of what makes an edit good for both.
Wait for it to go on sale before purchasing.
