"Letters - a written adventure" is a fun word puzzle game about friendship, growing up and finding your place in life. You follow Sarah, a shy girl from Switzerland, by moving through her pen pal letters and chat messages. You use the power of words to solve riddles, interact with her friends and decide who she will grow up to be.
The Artstyle was amazing and i liked the music and sounds.
The game mechanics were very simple and easy to understand. You can also get help with using "H".
You also can get achievements for specific actions or paths you choose.
It took me around 3.5 hours to finish the game. I paid 2,99€ for the game on Sale.
It was fun so try it out!

It's a short cute game, it doesn't really have enough of a branching path to be a proper text-based adventure or visual novel and as others have pointed out the MC is very specifically defined so there's not much room for roleplaying really, it's more of a simple puzzle game really
All of which would make me leave it a bad review, except that the story it tells is actually cute and the graphic design is phenomenal, so it just wins me over

A short game telling about dealing with depression and caring for people around you. The puzzle is unique and not difficult to solve. My favorite thing is you can make a decision in some parts of the story which changes the aftermath you'll get. I'd recommend this if you like a chill word game that can be played through in 2 hours.
However, the story is a bit repeating and falling off for me. Writing about depression can be very sensitive, but the jump skip into epilogue is too sudden. Most puzzles in later chapters are easy to guess and easy to find out in the text-walls. Meanwhile, the control of your character is still slow making solving the puzzle less challenging but more level of complex. If you can bypass this then Letters is a good puzzle game with fresh mechanic and a wholesome story for a nice day!
