Excellent!, Basic fun, The physics adjustments are so very interesting to play with. It is possible to get an entirely different result after each event.

Takes some serious PC power, but you can definitely build some epic skyscrapers and demolish them through the editor. The included buildings are cool but building your own structures is the best, if your PC can handle it; The parts count maxes out at 15,000 for context (as of 11/15/21). You can mess with the settings to make structural components stronger or weaker as a whole making your structures more or less realistic, or just make them stand without collapsing. Building a stable 40+ story building on stock settings has proven to be quite the challenge, but a lot of fun.
I'd recommend this game if you have an interest in building structures and blowing them up, or if you like making skyscrapers and seeing if they can survive gravity itself, or seeing how they react to a bomb blowing out a main support and the ensuing tumbling or imploding.
Also, just as a pointer, with a 5900X, 980Ti, and 32GB-3600 ram on an ROG X570 board the frame rate does dip far below 1 FPS when the parts counter is maxed (15,000) and parts are being actively destroyed/set into motion but things tend to be relatively smooth up to about 3500-4000 build parts (40-60 FPS), and only get really choppy past 7000-8000 parts (5-15 FPS). I say this because if you build a tall structure out of thousands of pieces and it falls in on itself as you load - which tends to happen when going directly from the build editor into play mode - you'll have to wait for things to settle before pausing or exiting the simulation; found that out myself the hard way lol
Even if you have a less than capable PC, you can still build multi story buildings and play around with explosives, just not massive 50+ story skyscrapers without having to wait an eternity for things to settle. Hope this helps. Maybe the architecture community can have a blast with this game, and it's still early on so I'm sure things will get interesting as long as development is kept up. I'd love more pieces to work with besides just a flat slab made of different materials (as of 11/15/21) but it does the trick for now. I'll update this review as time goes on potentially, if anything exciting is added, etc.

1st and foremost I dont consider this game to be worth $20. But, despite that opinion, it is still a pretty fun thing to play with.

It needs a LOT of work but everything is there. Sometimes the game just breaks. Mouse stops working, pause menu wont go away when you hit escape, etc. Would also be nice if the building materials were a little more durable so not every building would collapse because of one explosion. The controls could do to be better, too. I would like an ability to control my elevation without having to point the camera up and down. Shift and ctrl would be good buttons for that. Otherwise, for a game i got for less than five dollars because of a steam coupon, its pretty good.
Edit: switching to a negative review, the game completely breaks far more often than it should. Opening the pause menu breaks the game so often that I can't even keep the game open for more than ten minutes

This game is trash, i like the concept and everything is okay but there are a fucking shit ton of bugs and glitches. The game constantly crashes. I have been working on a building, and out of nowhere it just crashed. I lost everything... please add an auto save and fix your fucking game.
I do not recommend this game, do not buy.

Its kinda fun but the price is absolutely ridiculous and i got lucky and used some random steam coupon i had to buy it. The game has so little content that it gets boring to play quickly and its been over 2 years since release and they have not done anything. Just get teardown

Tried to like the game, just not as advertised at all. Very basic, under-developed tools and structures. I'll keep it on my wishlist... If it gets better I'll repurchase and change this review, but it's *not* worth $20 as it currently is. In fact, it should be free as it is.

I was quite excited about this title and it does have lots of potential, however although I realise its early access, in my opinion it is really not ready for release.
The graphics engine is smooth enough but the buildings are small and there are only about 5 included, it gets boring really fast.
Like I said I know its EA but its a mistake I think to release this so early and at a high price considering what you get for the money.
For me this one in its current state is a no, but I will keep looking at the development and potentially re-purchase in the future.
Nice concept but rushed out and not ready for the paying public.

its pretty fun and runs WAY smoother than i thought, but i feel like it needs a workshop, so theres more variety for maps / weapons other than that, seems pretty good and i hope the developers have good luck with this game.

EDIT** In response to what the developer said I definitely plan on repurchasing this title, maybe even sooner then later. The idea of much larger structures being added would make it worth the price in my opinion, though fire physics would still be greatly appreciated. I will keep my eye out for future updates with larger built in structures for sure! Another possibility to consider is adding steam workshop compatability once the level designer is closer to a finished state, as of now it is too tedious to try and build a level, but I can see this being beneficial later on. Hopefully though for now some more realistic and larger structures are added (a realistic large home and some various buildings would definitely be appreciated.)
I am going to recomend this despite having to request a refund. It has great potential and I am planning on purchasing it again once it is a bit more complete. As of now it just feels a bit too bare for a near twenty dollar price tag. the engine is great and while there is a variety of weapons, there is really only one element of destruction, which gets old soon. I hope to see fire physics added in the future like the free game detonate that has been out for ages has. If this game would get realistic burning heat deformation of structures like that game it would easily be worth the money. However just having impact and crumbling physics to me does not justify the price as of now. Again it is a fun little simulator and I plan on buying this game again to support the dev(s) once more is added, it is just as of now not enough to be worth the price to me. I recomend you check it out though as I love seeing these types of games pop up. One final nice touch I hope to see later on would be larger structures included, my framerate was well over 400 most of the game so I am sure the engine could handle it as all the structures included are rather small and not super interesting. Again I plan on revisiting this in the future and hope the dev(s) don't abandon this as it has real potential if more work is done. PS. to the dev: please check out the free game I mentioned above, Detonate 1,2, if this game could become a modern version of that it would 100% be worth the purchase:)
