Virtual Reality Arcade A virtual reality blast em up arcade is what comes to mind when I play the game! the feel of the controls to the graphics are like one huge reference to the feeling of going into an arcade. Gameplay was fun, and the over all pace was just amazing! If I had to say something negative about it, the only downside to the gamer for me is death by wall. Death by wall with oculus is possibly the hardest thing to avoid, but other than that. Love the game!

An interesting take on the rythm genre. Its made well, enjoyed the locomotion and all, and while I havn't played it for that long I do sort of feel like it has very little replay value because there's no "reason" to be beating levels or getting high scores other then the score itself. You end a level then start back at home. It unlocks another level, which I believe are procedurally generated, but ultimately the audio doesn't really have much bearing on the actual gameplay. You shoot and collect some or all of the targets but ultimately if you've played one level then you've played them all and you just start over again. The game itself is the kind of quality I have come to expect from this dev (makers of the excelent operation Operation Warcade, but for $20 I feel this is priced very high for whats there currently. I will give it the thumbs up here but for those purchasing I think $10 or $15 would be a better price point and you should probably wait for a sale.

Hi' I'm Terry Sober. This game is dog faecal matter. The music is pretty good though. Most people who have thumbed this game up have played it for less than an hour, the other 3 have played it for less than 2. That's how good this game is.

My first negative VR review I'm pretty sure - I bought this game at least a month ago, maybe 6 weeks? I got it right on day one I think.. I've played 5 minutes.. yes, 5. I told the developer that the controls were so sensitive that I couldn't play it, and that the gun angles needed to be adjustable they're crazy odd for this game. He writes back says "i fix both".. I can't tell any difference. I've gone back and tried it about 3 more times over the last few updates but i shit you not I can't make it more than 10 seconds in this game. Maybe it's the pimax headset? Not sure, but he NEEDS TO ADD sliders for sensitivity and GUN ANGLE or otherwise you're just wasting your money, you've been warned! If he fixes it I'll take this off, but I paid the $20 and it's unplayable.. I missed my return window but I'd like to warn others.. I can't even say if it's fun or not it's unplayable.

A short lived but enjoyable game. Great graphics and music that really sucks you in to playing over and over again. But the longevity isn't there for me. Best suited for quick plays or as a game for friends to play when you're showing off your VR set up.

you can game over before you even enter the level 10/10 Needs at least the ability to import your own music into the levels instead of listening to dubstep. Also you know what makes most rhythm games good? Not having to start over after you make one mistake, imagine playing DDR in the arcade and you make one miss and it kicks you off the machine "please insert 40 more quarters"

It's really janky, movement styles are meh. I got used to it enough to beat a level or two but just get beatsaber or pistol whip, they're way better execution. Only got this because I saw a reddit post and wanted to support indie devs. Oof was I burned on that

I can't figure out any relation between my action and the beats of the music. Maybe because it's too subtle or I don't have deep enough knowledge about music. I do notice that some traps move corresponded to the music, which is a nice little touch. Levels are randomly generated and surprisingly well paced. The difficulty feels right and I constantly feel challenged without too frustrated. The game prevent you from going backward, which is quite unnecessary since it also has a countdown timer to stress player to move forward. The unique locomotion system, which moves player based on the HMD's offset, fits very well to the fast-pace gameplay. It's intuitive once you know the logic, and I can see the advantage of less VR-sickness and easier dual-wielding pistols. It's harder to control at low speed but it's also a right amount of extra challenge.
