This game is what it says --- a flashy, rhythm-based shooter featuring the music from a number of highly talented artists.
It has a very Geometry Wars-like aesthetic. The player and enemies themselves are pretty minimalistic, but the particle effects, flashes, explosions, and attacks are all really sharp and pretty. It's fun to look at.
You have a variety of songs to choose from and guns to arm your ship. All of the guns do very different things, and I can see changing your playstyle pretty significantly based on which one or two are your favorite. The only problem I have with the number of options is that it can make the menu screen a bit overwhelming the first time you open up the game; having some kind of progression where you unlock songs, weapons, and ship styles might make it feel better in this regard.
The music is incredible. I've been a Waterflame fan ever since Age of War. :) While I appreciate that hearing the music seems to be a focus, I think a few key *unintrusive* SFX could do a lot for the game feel and serve as player feedback on hitting and killing enemies.
Congratulations on transforming a Ludum Dare entry into a title for release! I look forward to any updates or additional content that you put out for this game, and hope to see you on the leaderboards.

It's more like Space Invaders (with bullets), rather than a proper shoot-em-up. The enemies move in formations according to the beat of the song, but that's the only "rhythm" element of the game. Lastly, the default primary weapon, the yellow gun, is apparently the most effective; the other weapons don't seem to compete with it. I'm afraid the best feature of this game is the soundtrack, which, unfortunately, isn't available to download.

Very Nice "Space Shooter"
Game has Many Brightful Colors, the Music Reminds in Certain Way on "Geometry Dash" and Makes Fun to Play it.
Just Keep it in Mind: There are no Shooting-Sounds, Just Music.
(Only the Bombs makes a Sound)
