Got this game some months ago, totally captured by the great art style.
I haven't played the latest version yet, but I will soon. Looks like they added a lot of content.
I will update this review as soon as I've tested the "new" gameplay :)
UPDATE: I really like the new upgrade system. Gives a sense of progression, gives playing a purpose.
I've experienced some stuttering from time to time, mostly in the upgrade room. Every time I select something (and a background image appears) the visuals start flickering, like if my computer wasn't powerful enough to run the game. This is early access though, so I expect some optimisation in the future.
Again, I won't repeat it enough times: the art style. God I love it; the boss in the 5th stage is just..wow. I hope the developers keep up the good work, I'm really hope the best for this game.
