It's actually been a MINUTE since I last got an IF that made me think about it nearly every waking hour, or at the very least, every hour I had at my disposal for the question 'what do I want to be doing right now' and the answer 'play Fields of Asphodel'. The writing is spectacular (both in the sense of quality and content), the characterisation of each NPC is unique and captivating, and it has massive replayability. I completed my first run and immediately jumped into the next one, and I was so giddy to discover how changes in choices I would have assumed would have added little else beyond adding details to what your PC is like actually lead to new scenarios and possibilities of interaction. I'm SOO excited to replay this a bajillion times with different personality traits, and am JUST as excited for the sequel, I can't wait ♥
