I would not recommend it at the current stage, though I do see its great potential. I will be comparing it with nba2k. A great advantage that nba2k has is it can be very automatic/effortless. Once you form your lineup, you don't need to adjust it every time when some of your players get injured or tired. But not that in IBM. Constantly adjusting my lineup is really tiring and eventually made me stop playing it. Please add more automation options, especially concerning tiredness and injury. Although nba2k allows you to select your own tactics combinations, I think the tactics work only when you are controlling the players. But it comes down to the coach's tactics combinations if you watch the computers play against each other (which means your own tactics cannot be automatically called). That bit annoys me and made me stop playing nba2k. IBM allows you to form your own tactics with every detail. But again, it cannot be automatically called during the game or in simulation. In short, I want a handbook of my own selected or formed tactics that DETERMINE the players' gameplay (like in football manager). Anyways, I hope IBM gets better in future versions.
