In all reality, this is a standalone DLC and is best played after you beat the first game, though not necessary. Yes. like many other have said, it is basically just fighting bosses, however I think some people are blowing it out of proportion. I mean in reality, from what I remember from the original DreadOut, the bosses were probably the best part and I liked reading the ghost entries, not saying a more visible plot would not have made this dlc better.
Had new bosses that are not in the original game. Some unique and some annoying. Some trying to flex their good looks.
Tips:
1. You have the camera in your inventory.
2. During the first boss fight, assuming you go in order, [spoiler]You need to move your camera to look away and not you character model[/spoiler]
